Make your own culinary-inspired pizza creations with OTTO Pizza Dough.

At OTTO, the foundation of everything we do is our dough. It’s our recipe and we make it from scratch daily. Our dough balls are vegan, and made with organic flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic evaporated cane sugar, untreated purified sea salt and yeast.

Available at select New England Whole Foods locations.

Instructions

  1. Remove dough from refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 450°.
  3. Stretch dough to desired thickness on a sheet pan or pizza stone.
  4. Top pizza with desired ingredients.
  5. Place pizza on center rack of oven.
  6. Bake 16-20 minutes or until crust starts to brown and cheese starts to bubble.
